Reprinted from The Amazing Spider-Man (1963) #254.
In this amazing adventure we find ourselves becoming acquainted with the new improved Spider-Man in his newly acquired Venom costume, as he dashes about planting a Spider microelectronic tracer to the newly retrieved Hobgoblin Van from the Hudson. As we also are taken through the streets of he updates us on all those that he needs to contact thus a cameo shot of Black Cat is featured as well. He tries to make amends with Aunt May for his dropping out of Graduate School when his plan is foiled by the Hobgoblin van being stolen, thus the meeting to make amends is put on hold while he tracts down the van & encounters Jack O'Lantern.
This issue has a bonus item of the original cover for Amazing Spider-Man (Vol 1) Issue 254 included as it's last page.
