Conclusion of the Shi'ar / Phalanx War

Dr. McCoy attempts to build a device to separate the organic part of the Phalanx from the techno portion but before they can spring their trap, Joseph starts to remember his past and goes into attack mode. Rogue is caught and starts to transmute when Hank finally gets his device to work, stopping the Phalanx and saving the Empire and Lilandra. Henry Peter Gyrich and Senator Kelly have second thoughts about Operation: Zero Tolerance since they feel it goes too far in dealing with the mutant problem.
