Angel and Jean relax but their down time is interrupted as Warren's dead girlfriend drops by. Not convinced that she is who she says she is, he uses Jean to scan her where they find and do battle with Cameron Hodge. But Hodge has a surprise for Warren as he is using Candy to feed and rebuild himself but she is too strong and with the help of Warren and Jean, Hodge is defeated. Inside the mansion, Professor X and Quicksilver test out a new holographic program in the Danger Room under the watchful eye of Hank McCoy. Meanwhile, Ororo meets Forge for a date as the two try to mend their broken relationship.
