Wolverine and Rogue close in on Mabatone but find out that he's been long dead and someone is impersonating him. Wolverine defeats the Silver Samurai, and Rogue saves both Logan and Mariko from Viper at nearly the cost of her own life. But in the end, the fight is a draw and both parties depart.
