When an insurance agent issues a policy with a Supernatural Death clause, his boss orders him to find a way to cancel it. He asks the policy holder for permission to inspect his home, and during the inspection, finds some unusual items.

An elderly man murders a scientist, and steals his research, which turns out to be a "Fountain of Youth" so powerful, the murderer de-ages to his twenties.
