A man is married to shrew, but she suffers a heart attack and make him promise to use his knowledge of voodoo to keep her alive. He does a rite that puts her life force into a figurine. He later meets a woman with whom he falls in love, but soon learns that his late wife's spirit has possessed the woman, and she becomes just like the first wife...unbearable. 6 pages.

A prisoner at a gulag finally snaps and escapes. The prison guards capture a man they are convinced is the prison. They torture him and throw him in solitary for decades, only to learn they have the wrong man. What's awaiting the guards in the solitary cell chills the guards to the core. 4 pages.
