Kal-El's journey across the bottom of the Atlantic is drawing attention and the Kryptonian battle suit he's in has got Luthor and Supergirl worried that another attack like the one in Coast City will now strike Metropolis.

Still learning about his tactile-telekinesis ability, Superboy manages to free himself from his bonds. He must make it back to Metropolis to get help.

Cyborg Superman's faked broadcasts are fooling the general public, but Lois and Steel aren't buying it. They are headed to Coast City when Kal-El's battle suit emerges from the bay and Superman makes it known that the Cyborg's planned attack on Metropolis will only happen over his dead body.
