Item Bio
"Threshold of Oblivion!"
Iron Man calls a crisis meeting of all available Avengers reserves. As a number of their active serving members have been vanishing into thin air, without explanation.
Korvac plots in suburbia, safe from any prying eyes, even those as keen as the Watcher's. However, his machinations may be foiled from within his own camp.
A little old man from Vladivostok carves a marionette, as his ship sails into New York harbor.
Thor returns to Avengers Mansion, mysteriously failing to acknowledge Wonder Man, his fellow comrade-at-arms.
While attempting to trace the source of the Avengers disappearances, Yellowjacket vanishes mid-sentence. Iron Man acts on a suggestion made by the Black Panther, before he too popped out of view.
The Guardians of the Galaxy have technology at their disposal surpassing anything the Avengers possess. Vance Astro teleports the four remaining Avengers to the energy source responsible for the abductions. They are greeted by a familiar, wizened visage.
