"Captain Marvel -- Wanted!"
Dr. Minerva has Rick Jones captive, and the Teen Brigade is trying to find the identity of the culprit. Minerva sees that Mar-Vell has returned from Mercurio's dimension and takes him instead. The leader of the Supreme Science Council, Phae-Dor intercedes, demanding Mar-Vell return to Homeworld. Mar-Vell resists and rescues Rick, only to be wrongfully arrested for Rick's kidnapping.
