Storm struggles against the Brood inside of her as she opens herself to the stars in an effort to defeat the inner Brood. Meanwhile, the rest of the X-Men try and cope with the inevitable that they too will die soon, but Storm returns with good news. Meanwhile, back on Earth, Professor X struggles with the loss of his X-Men and it takes Moira to snap him out of his self-pity and get him back in the game, which is helping mutants.
