The X-Men relax and recover from their space odyssey as Scott introduces Alex to their father. Meanwhile, Senator Kelly announces his intentions to investigate all mutants as a possible national security threat. With that, Wolverine, Carol and Storm head into the Pentagon to erase all the files on mutants when they run into Rogue and the Brotherhood. But Carol finishes the mission and wipes the Pentagon's computer system clean of all mutant files.
