A while back I downloaded the demo for the CCL on my home computer to play around with. I ended up buying the software for work (comic shop) and it works fine there. Only problem is that I can't access the software from home. It automatically logs me in to the account the demo was signed up for.
When trying to contact the CCL people, every 'support' link returns an error. What kind of sham is this?

Hi sorry for the broken support link. We're aware of it and trying to get it resolve, it's not a sham, I promise. :) What you'll need to do at home is navigate to your Documents > MidTen Media > Data directory and rename ComicData.sdf to something like ComicData.old then start the software and it will ask you to reenter your credentials. You can then enter your overlords3000 creds and you should be able to use the same account in both places. But keep in mind that your local collection wont be automatically transferred beween places. You'll need to make a backup of that .sdf file and copy it between computers. It's a bit of a pain right now but I'm working on a way to store your data in the cloud. Shop At My Store!!

That's great. Thanks for you help!
I actually saw one post while looking for help that the software was undergoing a major overhaul. Is that true? If so, can I read up on it somewhere?
