so... i just finished this book. WTF, this is one trippy book. am i alone on this? i'll be happy once it pick up.

This was definitely a wildly freaky, hard at times to follow, ride of a comic. The art was hard to follow at times, mainly specifics that involved small objects and facial expressions but I did like the story and it did make overall sense. I enjoyed the opening scene, metal angle wings right down to the exposed brain to the horse with a chain around the dead guy. Better yet half of the dead guy. I couldn't tell if the killer had removed his vital parts down below when he was shown in full view. Looked like stiches, freaky. Kind of reminded me of silence of the lambs. It puts the lotion on the skin or else it gets the hose again...best line of the movie...

I'm definitely enjoying this book and I'll keep picking it up. But part of me wonders if it would read better as a collected edition.

it reminded me of this f!@ked up music video from cattle decapitation called forced gender reassignment... just messed up man. i agree i think it would read better as TPB
