Fortunately my DVR remembered for me - I gotta work this weekend... It doesn't matter if it's 50 Cents or 50 Dollars - if you list it as NM it better be NM.Xylob's Most Wanted: G.I.Joe Special Missions TPB 2 Tales from the Transformers Beast Wars: Critical Mass Transformers: Timelines #3 - either cover, no preference. Problems with CCL? 615-264-4747 Offices are open M-F 8am-5pm Central Time. You can also e-mail the Chief Brand Officer directly to try to resolve questions/stuff at steve@golocomedia.com for help with password resets, general customer service questions, store order resolution, credit card store updating, questions about comic books and CCL, etc...

I watched both eps today. GL definitely looking more promising this season compared to last. I'm all for off-Earth stories, but not the type of "Lost in Space" tone we were given with a small cast of recurring characters. Really enjoyed the first ep of season 2. Young Justice was also pretty good but that's a show that has been pretty much from the get-go. Good animation, good storytelling and great character development.

Back on topic: I never watched GL: TAS so I can't say anything about that. Young Justice on the other hand is one of my favorite shows. Top-notch animation and great stories. What's not to love?

DVR was screwing up again - when I went into the saved programs it had GL listed twice and no Young Justice but both saved shows were that stupid dragon crap. It still showed GL and YJ as scheduled for yesterday, but then nothing recorded. Since my DVR sucks so bad I figured it was just freaking out again. Last week's Green Lantern episode was awesome! It was like Hal Jordan visited an Elseworlds universe. The Steam Lantern and his world was just so cool. Victorian, yet Pulp-like at the same time. And then the appearance of the Anti-Monitor at the end...WOW! If Green Lantern TAS gives us the Crisis on Infinite Earths story, I can't freaking wait! How epic would that be?! ***CHECK OUT MY COMIC TRADING LIST, CLICK HERE******TRADE VIDEO GAMES WITH ME, CLICK HERE******TRADE COMIC CARDS WITH ME, CLICK HERE***Make sure that you read and understand the forum rules here

I thought the Green Lantern episode was neat and agree it had that Elseworlds feel to it. I loved the nods to Alan Scott - a Green Lantern in a red shirt and cape and his symbol in the Steam Lantern's chest. Because Hal did not recognize the description, that makes me think that Earth 2 still exists in this continuity.
What I'd like to know is why CN didn't show this Young Justice episode back in October? I understand that there are legal issues with the Milestone characters, but they should have kept airing episodes up until they reached one that dealt with those characters and then go on hiatus. Of course, why did they start using Milestone characters if they didn't have the rights? I just wonder how long it will be before this show goes on yet another hiatus.

perhaps the writers believed that they were fair game - doesn't DC own the rights to Milestone characters? they incorporated MIlestone into the main DCU after Final Crisis... Hardware and Icon both appeared in a Static book last November which was post-Flashpoint. Another fantastic episode of Green Lantern this week. This has to be the best action cartoon running today. Things are really starting to get epic with the Anti-Monitor and his army of Manhunters attacking our Universe. I loved the back-story of the Anti-Monitor's origin that tied into Krona. And what an emotional ending! Can't wait until next week with the cliffhanger this week ended on. You know it's a good episode when your done and it just leaves wanting the next one already. ***CHECK OUT MY COMIC TRADING LIST, CLICK HERE******TRADE VIDEO GAMES WITH ME, CLICK HERE******TRADE COMIC CARDS WITH ME, CLICK HERE***Make sure that you read and understand the forum rules here

Geez, Razer just can't catch a break. You gotta feel for the guy. I expected something like this was going to happen but it was still heartbreaking. This show might be aimed at kids, especially with the more Pixar-like animation, but it has been hitting on some really adult themes.
