Just finished this massive omnibus and wow, wow what a book, what a story. I didn't even realize the last 5 issues in this book would be of the future and Sublime was the bad guy infecting Beast using the drug Kick. This is the first mention of the Phoenix in the white hot room for me. who was sublime again, feel like i missed that. Can somebody explain what all of those beings were in with Jean at the end of story arc 8? I feel like I missed something but josh Whedon's astonishing x-men was a continuation of grants new x-men right? Almost want to read it again now.

reading this Omnibus right now, not a huge Grant Morrison fan to begin with and this book isn't doing anything to change that. Hoping it changes.
