Hello. I got an order today where the buyer accidentally closed the PAYPAL window before it completed. He notified me and after a couple hours, the order allowed me to either complete it or cancel it. The transaction did not hit my PAYPAL account so I went to cancel it, but hit complete instead by accident. Now what? Can CCL manually cancel it? The invoice number is 115340. If the buyer still wants it all, you can just invoice them directly through PayPal and get paid for the completed transaction or ask them to send it to you directly. This is how you should handle any of these weird timeout problems.

You're still at the base, so when they're talking to you they can see so much more than you. And you might disagree because you're at the base and you don't see $hit." -Greg Capullo

Be nice if this is resolved instead of just blaming paypal. Never had this happen anywhere else.

Hey guys, I have an order with this status, but no option to complete/cancel. It was just placed a few minutes ago. Is there a certain amount of time CCL waits before giving the option to complete/cancel? Thanks

I've had it happen twice on the same seller - I'm not going to attempt to buy any more from his store - it's jinxed for me. Winter is coming...
