Finished reading some recent CCL purchases: Marvel 1602 and the Eric Masterson Thor issues. Can't say I was impressed with either. Marvel 1602 was boring, but at least interesting enough to see how Gaiman could fit Marvel characters into the year 1602 in England. The story itself, though, was a snoozer. The Eric Masterson Thor issues were very poorly written. Just as cornball and cheesy as it gets with little to no thought put behind anything. I was mentally rolling my eyes every couple of pages. ***CHECK OUT MY COMIC TRADING LIST, CLICK HERE******TRADE VIDEO GAMES WITH ME, CLICK HERE******TRADE COMIC CARDS WITH ME, CLICK HERE***Make sure that you read and understand the forum rules here

Picked up some good filler books and my semi-local comic shops quarterly quarter sale. A bunch of 80's Ironman, Spiderman and Daredevil. My greatest accomplishment was picking up 2 wall books I have been wanting for quite a while. The clerk made me an offer for the set which was half price, and I couldn't pass it up. Now my quest for a deceint copy of ASM 300 is really heating up.
