I have some new 52 stuff I am catching up on, did the 0 Issues come out between issue 12 and 13? Thanks for the help.

Yes, they did... for most series. There were a few series that were different.
Ravagers #0 came out between issues #4 and #5. So did Batman Incorporated #0, Dial H #0, Earth 2 #0, G.I. Combat #0, and World's Finest #0.
Sword of Sorcery #0, Team 7 #0, Talon #0, and Phantom Stranger #0 came out before #1.
Also, the #0 issues were the final issues for Voodoo and Captain Atom - these series didn't have an issue #13.

Remember that most of the zero issues have events that take place before the first issues of the series (the only exception I'm aware of is StormWatch).

I was let down by a few of the #0's. Teen Titans in particular. I just don't like how they changed Tim's "Origin" that much.
