It been common knowledge that grant was killing him off for awhile now. Or maybe a read a spoiler about it sometime ago. About that though. I hated him.

I never liked this character. So I am ok with it. Maybe with any luck..the next robin will be a blond haired girl..one that has been missing from the new 52..one can only hope.

I have always thought that Damian was a spoiled brat. But I hear he's getting better in the new 52. I'm not sure since I have not really read Batman and Robin. The latest rumor is that the next Robin is going to be Harper Row. I think I read that on Newsarama or something.

1. He's Ra's Al Ghul's grandson. By this time next year he'll be alive and kicking and vowing revenge on Batman's life. 2. Even if the doesn't go into the Lazurus Pit, who cares? What is he, like Robin #5. He's far from an essential character, IMO.

I agree with you doom. I tried picking this up today at my usual LCS but they were wanting 5.50 for it so my secondary LCS had it at cover price. Just gotta go in and get it.

Maybe this will be the new "Spider-Man #1" and all of our comics will be gold printed on paper again! A perfect time for us all to unload those extra issues taking up space!

There is as of the time of this posting only one copy for sale on CCL and it is going for $21.95. I am not even going to get into the Ebay prices. There are some that are starting out at cover price but most seem to be going for at lease $17 and up.

I am not sure if it is the same store or not but I saw that as well. If it is the same store then they are the only one that has a copy listed for sale right now. One jack wagon on Ebay has as a STARTING bid price 109.95. That is the starting price!

I would love to see newsstands distribution come back. That's what happens when one company makes a monopoly out of it.
