Hello folks,
Long time user, first time poster.
I have a couple of questions/comments that I finally got around to typing up.
1) Is there any way to get my "custom fields/columns" from my books to show up when using my reports tool? If not would that be difficult to implement?
2) It would be nice to be able to utilize the reports tool by title instead of having one massive report on the whole collection.
I also want to add that I have looked at and tried other collection software and I really do like this one the best.
A few key factors that keep me around are the stores and a great database that is pretty good at handling variants/newsstands/ and other odd comic numberings (yup, i made up a word). The only thing that I really liked that CCL does not offer (yet), is the ability to see an estimated value of my collection.
I primarily use this software to catalog my comics and shop for new ones.
Just some thoughts.
Thanks for reading.

Hey Guys :) My request is actually really easy and more graphical than anything. This is for sellers in general. Do you think that maybe when we go into the orders page, you can show our totals in there? Show you maybe something like issues sold (how many copies in total), total in sales for the month, total in fee's for the month. I know we can look at our fees if we go into the other page but I thought it be a neat feature to have everything together. Just a thought, thanks for listening

Note the links underneath his comments. There now exists software that scans the internet for forums, pulls links from a forum topic, pieces together sentences from things already said, and posts what seems like semi-coherent sentences followed by links to whatever website they are selling. So, unless "akon" returns to add to the conversation, definitely spambot.

How about an option to be able to block a buyer almost every other site has this option. Would be nice to have especially if you have repeated problems with same buyer.

Gotta extend the shopping cart so it doesn't automatically empty after 15 minutes, one of the most buyer unfriendly practices I've seen.
It's nice to see changes but hoping we tackle some of the meatier stuff in coming months.
Fully agree! I add Info to my listings also. Especially on my Signed & Certified books. which leads me to a Suggestion I've made IN THE PAST BUT NEVER CAME TO BE. Books that are Signed, Certified, &/or both, Need to have a mark or astric (*) in their listings so that buyers Know that they are Signed copies or are Extra Special in some way. On Numerous Occassions I've had a buyer be upset because they didn't realize that the book they just bought had a Signature on it. Regardless how many notes, scans, etc. I add, they don't realize it's Unique. A mark or some kind of Identifer for these books would be very Helpful to Buyers & save me a lot of time explaining. There is a box to mark for Signatures when creating a listing but nothing ever appears in the actual listing after the book has been listed. It would also be nice to be able to add Scans & Custom Info to current listings in my store without having to delist, Add Info/Scan, & then Relist again. THANKS, ADC PEACE!+ I like this idea as well. I also use the Market Notes to give additional information to Buyers and unfortunately sometimes they don't read them and are surprised by what they receive. An Asterisk or Exclamation Point or something to draw the Buyer's attention that there is more info about that particular book. Another feature I would like is the ability to temporarily put items on sale. As I understand it, the only way to do a sale right now is for the Buyer to complete the purchase and then the Seller has to refund via PayPal. I would like to be able to do this at the Point of Sale. If there is already something like this in place please let me know. If it was easier to do specials and sales then I would do it more often. Any word on when new Updates are coming? Thanks! Howie Check out Hall of Heroes for hard to find Gold & Silver Age comics! Marvel! DC! Gold Key/Whitman! ACG! Dell! Archie! I also have a diverse selection of Independent and Underground books for sale - with more on the way!

actually, it's more funny than that little ROFL guy can convey... It doesn't matter if it's 50 Cents or 50 Dollars - if you list it as NM it better be NM.Xylob's Most Wanted: G.I.Joe Special Missions TPB 2 Tales from the Transformers Beast Wars: Critical Mass Transformers: Timelines #3 - either cover, no preference. Problems with CCL? 615-264-4747 Offices are open M-F 8am-5pm Central Time. You can also e-mail the Chief Brand Officer directly to try to resolve questions/stuff at steve@golocomedia.com for help with password resets, general customer service questions, store order resolution, credit card store updating, questions about comic books and CCL, etc...
