I thought it was the worst so far, but I still thought it was OK.

Yeah it was kind of tough to take that episode seriously, had it's good moments though. Looks like we get the origin story for Sunfire next episode, either that or it's just some random Japanese guy shooting fire out of his hands.

It seems like they have to fit a clue that Coulson is a LMD into every episode. It's a decent show.....I wish Marvel would do a MAX series on HBO, though!

Life Model Decoy. Nick Fury uses them all the time. It's one of the reasons why he's lived for so long. He's used them so much that know one ever trusts if its really him when they see him person. In other words there life like androids of themselves.

I am enjoying this series. But I am somewhat critical because I am a comic book guy, but my friends who are just watching because they liked the Avengers Movie say they really like the show. I am glad to hear that.

Can't wait to see how things unfold. I am keeping my fingers crossed because I would like to see show like this do good. If they develop the characters right, and give them some personality, it will do fine. So far I am rating this like 3 stars.

it's not a bad show,i like it.it's definitely better than the spider man show from the 80s.i was a kid at the time and thought it was great until I got older and realized how bad it was but I still watched it.i hope it runs atleast a few seasons.

A good enough episode this week, but the problem is this show just thinks too small. We've just seen Victoria Hand and Jasper Sitwell, with a casual mention of the Triskelion. Perhaps there should be more of a connection to the greater S.H.I.E.L.D. operation, instead of concentrating on our team every week. Nice little team chemistry running, although seeming a little obvious; three guys and three chicks. Coulson and May already seem to have some history. The science twins: both being British and geeks - made for each other. Ward and Skye: because of the good guy/bad girl dynamic, will all end up boffing each other.

Can't help feeling the show needs a theme tune/credit sequence too. Interesting bit of trivia, as the Overkill Horn was the first S.H.I.E.L.D. story I can remember Steranko being involved in. "Overkill" has Hydra written all over it, so break out the green hoods, already.

Scrolling through the IMDb page, it has one member of the team appearing in less episodes than all the rest. Maybe they don't all make it to the end of the series. Well, this is a Joss Whedon show, so someone has to die.

Man this scene creeped me out:

Him repeating, "Let me die, please, just let me die." Over and over again just gave me the heebie jeebies.

Glad someone kickstarted this thread again, show almost lost me at one point but last 3 episodes have gotten better, Stan is set to appear in the next episode too. I think they've seen what Arrow has done & are re-tooling some of the episodes & mixing in some guest stars, possibly why we're on another 3 week hiatus.

Just read this morning that Sif is supposed to show up in episode #15, which should be at the end of February.
