Not an expert on deciphering publication numbers. Is this a fifth printing, or first?

Do the last numbers at the end mean it's a fifth printing?

It's a first. The lowest number shown is the printing.

For a second printing, they would have opaqued out the "1" on the negative film. When they burned the plate, the "1" would not have transferred, but the "5 4 3 2" would. That would have signified a second printing.

If they ever got to a fifth printing, the "4 3 2 1" would have been opaqued on the film, and only the digit "5" would have been printed.

I had wondered that myself. Thanks for clarifying!
