They did this recently with Superior Spider-Man #30. It came with a re-printing of Black Widow #1. As advertised though, it was technically free since the price of the issue was the usual $3.99.

I'm expecting that ASM #1 will probably be $5.99, but I don't think that price is determined by the addition of a reprinting of Inhuman #1

I'm saying it would have been 5.99 regardless. It still would have been a 40 page 1st issue. Now it's 64 pages.

Personally, I would have prefered a reprint of Amazing Spider-Man #1 to be included, but I know that Marvel doesn't want to elude to any continuity. Lol

So you're saying it was a 40 page Giant-Size type originally. Where'd you get the page counts? That might be a bit of helpful future information.

Page counts are always given when Marvel solicits issues. You can see them in Previews or online. In this case, ASM#1 was solicited as 64 pages from the get-go. See the bottom of the solicit below from Marvel:

If they're going to jam that many pages into a book, they should perfect bind it. It's bad enough that Marvel prints on tissue paper, but these oversized books almost automatically have spine damage before they even get boxed from the printers.
