Just a bit confused. I ran a trial of the software ages ago but barely used it, and uninstalled it. Then I decided today I actually need it, so I download it again and it recognised my old account and data I'd put in automatically and asked if I wanted to pay for the software, so what the hell I'm going to put it to good use. I paid with PayPal for "1 year CCL data subscription". But I don't seem to see any particular difference in the desktop software... It's even still displaying that ad at the top... what's the deal? Also when I log into the site, and click "software subscription" in the left menu it brings up the payment page as if nothing's happened, instead of something to instil confidence in me that the payment has been received by yous. Any insights would be cool.

After 30 days, your trial software will no longer update nor will it allow you to add new titles to your database.

By subscribing, your software will always update with new issues and info, and you will be able to continue adding titles to your database if needed.

If you paid for the sub then it didn't go through or something else is wrong because if it worked then you'd see Subscriber in the Groups under your avatar.

If you hit the software subscription link, it should tell you when your subscription expires. If that is not there, then something went hinky.
