Just a friendly warning to steer clear from this person and his business. I have bought comics from him on-line and was instantly charged the amount on my credit card - a month or more down the line nothing recieved. I have filled a report with the The Internet Crime Complaint Centre and awaiting the results of the investigation. Please do not support him or his business as I have suffered from this. I paid with my CC - do you fine gents and ladies think he still has my CC details on file somewhere? Please advise and brilliant site b.t.w

I'm sorry that this has happened to you. Russell snowed me for over $200 worth of book a couple of years ago. I don't understand why he's not in jail or at the very least has had his store shut down by the authorities yet. Apparently he has a track record for doing this. Just google this term "comicsupply complaint" and you'll see the path of devestation left by this person. Shop At My Store!!

Hope he cant do squat with my credit card details. If you're worried about it, just call your credit provider and tell them you lost your card and you would like a new one reissued to you. They will send you a anew card with a new number and they will cancel the old one.

nail 'em on www.resellerratings.com and let the whole world know and thanks for letting us know here too! It doesn't matter if it's 50 Cents or 50 Dollars - if you list it as NM it better be NM.Xylob's Most Wanted: G.I.Joe Special Missions TPB 2 Tales from the Transformers Beast Wars: Critical Mass Transformers: Timelines #3 - either cover, no preference. Problems with CCL? 615-264-4747 Offices are open M-F 8am-5pm Central Time. You can also e-mail the Chief Brand Officer directly to try to resolve questions/stuff at steve@golocomedia.com for help with password resets, general customer service questions, store order resolution, credit card store updating, questions about comic books and CCL, etc...

Can Internet based companies be reported to the BBB? If so, I would report them.

I'm kinda hoping that one could. It still gets me that this guy is still on the net. The sight of his site sickens me to the core.We need to make a stand against his type. Wow and think it was my first on-line comic purchase in years. What a bad experience this one was, but I'm sure you folks had worse. We just need to inform each other about this type of thing. Got my case number today so lets see how this turns out. Have a safe buying experience folks! And remember check the rep before spending your hard earned cash

As reported in the other thread, I made the mistake of ordering from him, I reported him to the following (I suggest everybody he screwed over does): Better Business Bureau: http://detroit.bbb.org/Internet Crime Complaint Center: http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspxFTC Complaint: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/Two weeks later I got a package with my supplies, FYI.

Okay, so I just joined recently and ironically one of the reasons I did was because of this very topic: Comicsupply.com What has been said has been said and what else is there to say other than TOTAL SCAM. Eesh! No response to phone calls, emails, etc. I will give it another week or two (has already been 2 weeks) and then I'll take the necessary steps to get my money back from my bank. It's sad that these people at Comicsupply.com are miraculously still in business? Anyway, the reason I went to Comicsupply.com in the first place was to obtain some Uncanny X-Men Jim Lee issues I've been wanting since childhood. Had them at one time and have they gone missing since or would probably be in bad shape to begin with Uncanny X-Men #248, 256–258, 267–277 (1990–91)** I have 268 on the way via a local seller here in Texas Anyway, my rant on Comicsupply.com is over ... for now I look forward to obtaining those issues from some honest comic lovers on here!

I've been collecting since I was in was elementary and even starting drawing/distributing some of my very own! My dad is an architect so growing up I had access to a copy machine. Looking back on it I probably wasted a lot of his ink toner When I got to highschool my "interests" went ... elsewhere LoL. Got to college at University of Texas and there was a comic shop on campus and I got right back into comics (with the launch of the Ultimate Universe) and Heroclix! Now I'm on the hunt to collect any and all issues Jim Lee drew as he was my inspiration to draw to begin with. Again, thanks guys!

Welcome to the board I really enjoyed Jim Lee's art in Justice League #1. I hope you stop by often to pick up your J.L. issues that you need, we here at CCL are cheaper than pretty much any comic shop and will take care of you right

LoL I'm feeling the love, I'm stoked to join the community and from my research already I have a great feeling about this. I purchased some Kotobukiya Statues recently to start a collection there and decided to purchase some of the 9.8 CGC Rated 1st Appearance Issues to display behind these amazing statues. So, as soon as I can get my flippin' money back from either Comicsupply.com or hopefully from the bank I'll get to givin' y'all my money! Another thing, I'm just excited to use all these cool smileys! Man, I could do this all day ... ... oops, this makes me a

lol I never noticed the Large Noggin rank under my picture. I'm guessing it's based on the amount of posts I have? I'll be pulling out a large box of X-Men titles and there should be some Jim Lee stuff in there Now remember to avoid that website

Hello guys,
I've come across this post because I've been trying to get in contact with Comic Supply about an order I've paid for 13 days ago but they haven't respond. It's only been a day since I contacted them but I found it weird that a company that sells on-line wouldn't respond to my e-mails and messages through the control panel in a work day so I started doing some research and came across lots of websites that mark them as scammers and fraudsters.
What course of action would you advise me to take in order to get my money back? I've read on one of the previous replies that someone actually got their goods after threatening to file a complaint at those consumer entities so I was wondering if I should wait a couple more weeks or simply file my complaint right now.
Appreciate your advice, thanks!

I would suggest filing the complaint now. And get in contact with your credit card company to start the reversal process. Protect yourself up front because the longer you wait the less likely you'll be able to get your money back. Good luck. Shop At My Store!!
