In the time I've been associated with CCL, I try to look at things now as to what is most beneficial to CCL (ergo more money). With more money comes more updates. Here's some things I've identified that I think would not only be the most beneficial to CCL the quickest, but would also make CCL some more money to cover more updates:

1) Online cataloguing solution OR MAC Compatibility (Online could include iPad application or the ability to access CCL date anywhere from any online source.)
2) Discount Code for stores
3) Hold Box/Subscriiption Service for New Comics.
4) Cellphone notification System for wish list fulfillment, items for sale, etc.
5) Appraisal/Value Collection
6) The ability to add multiple items to a cart at the point of purchase.
7) Barcode Scanner

1) Ability to set default grade for comics listed. i.e. if I were able to have all of my comics set to a default grade of VF/NM, it would make listing them that much easier.
2) When switching to the Web Browser or My Collection pages from the Sell Items page, it would be nice if the Sell Items page wouldn't revert back to the top of the page next time I click on it. It would make things easier if I wouldn't have to scroll down to whatever title I was looking at before.....
3) On the 'Newly Listed' tab, it would be nice to have this be a variable # instead of 7 days. For instance, I might want to see what's been listed from a given store in the last 2 weeks or 30 days, etc.
4) On the 'Newly Listed' tab, if it would only show which comics within a given title were actually listed within the set number of days instead of all comics within said title, this would be very useful.

I think #1 is very important. The easier it is for customers to be able to add to their shopping carts without losing where they were while browsing would only increase sales. I know from personal experience that a few times I was going to purchase from a store and I just gave up after losing my place several times. For #4 it be cool if I typed a character while browsing a store and could see what comic books or trading cards they are in. Customers like ease, I know some customers only collect trading cards by certain heroes/villains but navigating all cards without being able to find the characters they are looking for can be tedious and tiresome.
