Just wondered what the plans were for the i phone app...I am a newb to the site and love it, I have opened a store, and really enjoy the environment and tools. I downloaded the i phone app last night. I expected to be able to read the forums, maybe check on my inventory and personal messages. It doesn't seem like there is much that can be done with it right now?, Can't buy books on there? Is this right, or am i misusing it? If I am right, are there plans for future updates with more functionality?

All of the mobile apps were designed for viewing your comic wishlist and New Releases (I think - I know the Windows Phone and Android ones do that). The iDevice app was the first one and I think that those were the main features.

Unfortunately, I can't speak to future versions as I'm not privy to CCL's plans. Right now, CCL has a list of updates, fixes, improvements, etc. for the website and software they're working through. Whether or not updates for all of the mobile apps are on it, is a good question.

Two things I wish this app did was allow me to see my wishlist offline, since I only have a Touch, and see what books I have in my collection. If it did this, I'd pay five times what it costs now.

I haven't even added anything to my wishlist yet, and maybe the app will be more meaningful to me when I do. I would love to be able to in the least comment on these forums from the app, build up my contributor points, lol

I wish they had a community section on the App so you can comment on your favorite forums anywhere you go.
I wear a mask. And that mask, it's not to hide who I am, but to create what I am.

These are really good suggestions, guys. As we move forward with our Applications, don't be surprised if CCL's forecast has alot more "cloud" in it. ;)
