Just a heads up, when you reply it quotes everything in the message so you're quoting ALL those comic pics again and making what a one-sentence reply into a 3 page reply. If you would just cut out the quote and reply and it'll make it a lot easier to navigate the thread! Thanks! Wave

Big signatures are REALLY annoying.

Hey Oak--did you submit those early 8.5 Amazings yourself, or did you buy them already graded?

If you can tell.I like to buy 7.0 to 9.2 books that present much better than the grade given.Like that 7.0 white page Amazing Spider-Man #50,it looks awesome in person.Or that 9.2 Marvel Premier #15 in 9.2,book looks like a 9.8 in hand.Daydreaming

I've been guilty of using the scattershot method of collecting, just picking up whatever catches my fancy at the time. I really need to abandon this and focus on key issues that I'm realyl interested in. I probably would do best to identify what I really really want and put my funds away in a jar or something Tongue

Big signatures are REALLY annoying.

Little known fact: the model/inspiration to this cover is none other than Louise Simonson (formerly Louise Jones)!

Here are some of my scans. These books came with like 30 others. All of them but the Justice league was GVG. The justice league was VGF.

Hey Oakman--do you have any of the Marvel 30 or 35 cent price variants from the 70's in your collection?
