Real Heroes/Villains in the Real World

What comic book characters could actually exist in our world and reality? We've seen some people in our planet that have some very amazing talents from fantastic atheletes to psychics. What characters from DC, Marvel, and other comic companies could actually exist and be superheroes or villains? I'll go ahead and post one that I think could be real. Batman- He has the body of a very strong athelete. He's skilled in martial arts, a detective, and scientist. That combination makes his existance in our world very possible. His origin is quite possible too. Losing a loved one in a violent manner can give someone the right push to become either a hero or villain. Revenge is something we as humans desire when wronged in such a way. With the amount of money some people have, creating the gadgets and vehicles Batman uses in comics would also be highly possible in our reality.

Howsabouts Deadpool?
We already have therapies that pump up the bodies immune system and drugs that enhance to healing and performance abilities of the body.
Maybe Science could really get together and produce a series of drugs, therapies and procedures that could produce someone with the healing factor of Deadpool. From there, you'd have to give that person the most intense and rigourous training regimen to fight like Deadpool.
All those drugs, therapies and training sessions would surely drive someone crazy....like Deadpool
