I have 250 Manga comics listed, including some complete runs, but rarely sell any of them. What I have sold is: Pokemon, Ultraman vs. Tiga and some of the, um, more mature titles - oh, and Robotech. I've got a lot more to put up but since they haven't sold well I am in no hurry.
Check out Hall of Heroes for hard to find Gold & Silver Age comics! Marvel! DC! Gold Key/Whitman! ACG! Dell! Archie! I also have a diverse selection of Independent and Underground books for sale - with more on the way!

I had a bunch of manga at one point, they sell best as sets, I completed what sets I could & listed them on Ebay for 50 cents a book + shipping, a little more if there's buubies. All have sold except one. They'll sell but they're for the cheap reader crowd, especially the Dark Horse & Viz stuff. Demand on CCL is limited, select titles.
