I'm fine with whatever the Power Cap turns out to be. I am extremely confident that the team I select will be more than capable of defeating any opponents that are thrown my way.

What more can you tell me about Cards? How are they used? What Cards are available and who decides which ones? How does one acquire Cards? I already like the concept of the Time Bubble Card!

Each manager gets a set of cards to use. Prior to SHS 1, each manager had the same set of 5 cards and were allowed to use up to 4 of those cards. Which 5 cards those were was decided by the Game Hosts. For SHS 1, we had a list of several cards and allowed managers to the select the 5 they wanted. This was done through PM, so each manager only knew the which cards they had and only the mods knew what everyone had available. That was a real pain to keep track of. For SHS 2, we'll probably go back to everyone getting the same set of cards. We haven't really sat down to think about what those will be yet. The double team format and allowing multi-verse characters in the draft makes at least 3 or 4 of our standard cards redundant.

Look for the power cap poll to go up early next week, if anyone else has cap suggestions feel free to add them to the list. Once the cap poll posts, I'll also be opening up conversations on a couple of other ideas for SHS 2. Manager sign ups won't officially start until we decide the cap and I can get a draft version of the rules out.
