If you click on the Library tab on the website, it brings up the search feature. Just below and to the right you'll find a green plus sign next to the words "Add missing cover title". Click on the plus sign and it will bring up the "Propose New Cover Title" screen. From there you'll be able to fill in the info for a new title. You'll need to add:
- The title, exactly as it appears in the book's indicia.
- The type of book, in this case "Graphic Novel / Trade"
- The Key Pub (there's a button for a popup box)
- The caption, which should be the publisher (exactly as it appears in the Key Pub field), the year(s) of publication, and then the number of volumes in parenthesis. If the book is part of still ongoing series, then you don't need to put the number of volumes... just put the first year of publication followed by "- Current".
That's it. Once the title is approved, then you can add the book to the title. If you have links to online sources confirming that the title exits, include them in the comments box at the bottom of the page... it helps us verify info faster.
One other thing, if the book's publisher it not already in the database, you'll need to add that first. You can do so by clicking the green plus sign here
