Anyone else on here pick up this book? if so what are your thoughts?
Myself, I really dug it. Sure there's nothing new or original to the story. Ex-communicated catholic priest working outside of the church exorcising demons. Very stereotypical rogue cops that cross the line with criminals. Just ignore all that cause it's still a good comic. The writing is good enough to take this tired concept and make it interesting. Another thing that really jumps out at you is how great the art is. The cover is less than interesting and I almost passed on it for this reason only. But it was the last copy on the shelf so I thought "lets see what the fuss is about." Only seeing the interior artwork I knew I had to buy it. Really glad I did.

CCL database has Bruce Jones down as sole writer. What is John Carpenter's level of involvement, if any, in this comic? Is his name just linked because this is based on characters and concepts he created?

Carpenter has a Created By credit along with two others. That's it though.

He may as well get into writing comics. In my opinion, everything he's done since Prince of Darkness, way back in the late 80's has sucked big time.
