Has anyone ever bought anything from the Cards One website? They sell mostly comics and cards, plus some other stuff. They have a comic book collector club and also sell comics by the pound. I'm a little intrigued.
Pull List:
Infamous Iron Man
,
Low
, ,
The Violent
, Empty Zone, , Switch,
All New X-Men
,
Uncanny X-Men
,
Extraordinary X-Men

Just went and checked them out. 4.99 for 5 pounds of comics sounds good until you see they charge 8-10 bucks to ship them. If you get 50 pounds for 34.99 it will cost you 38 bucks to ship. No thanks.

I googled it, looks like 6-10 books per lb depending on book thickness

I usually estimate it at 8 comics per pound (w/bag and board) taking into account double sized issues, etc. Also, older comics usually weigh a little less than modern ones because of the better paper quality that is used today. I can easily lift a long box of Bronze comics over my head while that same box filled with newer books is HEAVY!
Quality. Consistency. Variety. Reliable. Fair. Friendly

Nice!, I would probably work out more if I could find a way to make it involve comics, lol
