GIANT Thor Movie Theater Hammer Display Options

If any of you saw Thor in theaters, chances are you saw this giant hammer in the lobby. I've had this since the movie came out and its pretty cool but takes up a crazy amount of space. Im wanting to sell it and I was wondering how much any of you think this is worth or if I should just hang onto it. Let me know what you think. (hammer in pic is from yahoo, hammers so big I couldn't get a full view of it to take a pic) Also if this should be in a different section let me know, Im pretty new to forums. THANKS!!!!

A friend of mine got his hands on an oversize display of the Silver Surfer for the Fantastic Four movie (he strapped it to the roof of his car to transport it). Anyway, I think he paid $1000.00 for it five or eight years ago or so.

Those displays are very limited, and were SUPPOSED to be returned to the movie studio. If you've got one, you can probably ask a mint for it.

Okay, just checked ebay for completed listings. The Silver Surfer display sells for up to $2500.00 or so. The Thor Hammer display that you have is nowhere to be found, which means it's rarer than the Silver Surfer display. Some eccentric cat with a lot of money would probably give you $3000+ for it. The trick is to find that person.
