I was super happy to get Thundarr the Barbarian on dvd (4 disc set). Then I noticed that the box set was packaged with two copies of dvd #2. So now I am stuck with an incomplete box set and the only option I have is to purchase another set. Curses!

Rent it from Netflix and then keep the disk you need and return the extra #2.

Are the episodes on Utube?

I've sort of stopped buying seasons sets of shows anymore because you can find everything on utube. Granted the quality isn't that great but, to be honest 90% of those season sets are never remastered and are usually really poor quality for what you pay for them.

The bonus features are hit or miss also...

Cartoons seem to be the worse for it though, I have Star Blazers season 1 , its like they found their old VCR cassette the taped the show on and burned in on a DVD, Dungeon and Dragons is pretty close to the same.

I still do buy stuff though got all 3 seasons of Wonder Woman, Linda Carter trumps bad quality.

Yeah, great idea. Rip somebody else off because someone ripped you off. Loser
Sorry, just not so funny.

Where did you get it from? If you got it from a big box retailer you could always try to exchange it.

Sorely disappointed with the quality of D&D.

It was supposed to be a joke. Sarcasm just doesn't transfer over to the printed page. Sorry if anyone thought I was being serious.

Try one of those auction sites. I once had an incomplete Firefly boxed set and found the missing disc for $5, complete with the individual plastic case.

How is the quality of the Hanna Barbara dvd seasons? I've heard some rather negative reviews about them. Like discs not playing or only certain episodes playing on a disc. I was going to buy Pirates Of Dark Water complete series box set but after reading all the bad reviews I decided against it.

I got it from a seller on Ebay. Totally not their fault either as it was a brand new set. I will have to probably buy it again..just for that one disc.

Contact the manufacturer. Nothing to lose.

I was thinking about that. Right now though it is not high on my list of things to take care of. This weekend turned into total crap. Lots of things have gone sideways. Wall
