Although I am seriously lagging behind with my reading, I have just "seen" the ultimate version of Nick Fury in 2 non ultimate Marvel comics. One of them being Avenging Spider-Man #20, the other Uncanny X-Men #5.

Has he somehow crossed over or what? Especially as in Age of Ultron they show the original MU Nick Fury.

Or is Marvel trying once again to capatalise on it's movies?

It's the regular Nick Fury's son (supposedly, this is Nick Fury we're talking about, it could turn out to be a disguise or a plant).

Was it really Nick Fury or Marcus Johnson, his illegitimate son?

My guess is it was Marcus. They are trying to make him more prominent in the Marvel U.
