New RoboCop Remake Trailer:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=INmtQXUXez8

Looks awesome! I'm gonna be seeing this one. The original is one of my favorites.

"Dead or alive, you're coming with me."

Sorry about the poor video quality, I didn't see any better on YouTube.

This one might be a little better.

Robocop Trailer

It does look ALOT better than I thought it would.

So nice I watched it twice!

I'm actually kinda excited for this now. Will I see it in theatres? Probably not. Blu-ray purchase? Most likely.

I love the old Robocop movies and so excited to see in the new movie he is teamed up with Batman. This could be so exciting on so many levels, lol Big Grin

I looooove Michael Keaton! I always thought it was sad when his career went in the toilet after Batman Returns, after being typecast.

With that being said, I'm going to dissent and say....I'm not sure about this one. First off, things look too clean. Is this going for a PG-13? Murphy almost dies in a car bomb? Yawn. Certainly won't have the emotional punch his death scene had in the original version. And Murphy doesn't act like a robot (reference to the scene in the trailer when he grabs the scientist and yells at him), just like a person made to be in a suit. Or maybe that's the point, since he was going to live originally, he still has a personality, he wasn't brain dead.

I don't know. We'll see.

Looks promising but then that's what trailers do. Remakes rarely are good but this RoboCop remake might surprise.
I like seeing Michael Keaton and Samuel L Jackson in the trailer.
