One of my pet peeves about CCL is the total lack of search ability when you dont know what you are looking for. Sometime I have money to spend and just try to browse through stores for odd runs or good comics to read and it is impossible unless stores take the time to add some shelves.

For example one of my favorite stores to browse is Edgewoods because he puts effort into his store

While most stores here have 2-3 shelves meaning i have to look through 500 pages to find that one book I might want. Sometimes I get a urge to buy a CGC book to crack, but if you dont have a CGC shelf I cant find it. Variants, oops no shelf.

So add shelves and take my money. Big Grin

Good point, it reminds me I meant to add a CGC shelf a while ago & forgot to. Some stores have gotten huge with all the relauches, minis, etc. I tried to keep my store around 35 pages, then it was 40, now it's 45.

Yes you do and it very appreciated. Even when i am broke its fun browsing, and easier it is more things I add to want list.

I always figured most people who sell here sell on ebay, and if you sell on ebay everyone knows to use the categories. Ebay categories are like CCL shelves, makes for easier browsing :)

Shelves are a PITA and they slow down the system like you wouldn't believe.

+1 I haven't added to a shelf in years. If it wasn't such a pain I'd get rid of them entirely.

The following stores are all stores that I've dealt with or have become friends with through the forums and I highly recommend them all.
Comics Castle-owned & operated by Pat McCauslin
Alpha Comics--ComicVortex--Metropolis Connections 2.0--Comic Cellar

You don't have to delete everything off the shelves to delete the shelf. I'd recommend doing it a shelf at a time, tho. Delete a shelf, update your acct.
