I enjoy many of the new DC 52 titles but I really like what they have done with Earth 2. My hope is that we might see some of these new Heroes get their own title. I know technically World's Finest is made up of Earth 2 Heroes but I could see a new JSA title with a focus on a team once established while Earth 2 could have varied stories. Heck they could do an Earth 2 Batman title, it would be better than trying to add yet another Earth 1 Bat title.

Earth 2 is by far my current favorite DC title.
I've just picked up all the back issues of Worlds' Finest and added it to my sub list as it apparently ties in to E2 a lot.
I'd love to see more of the E2 universe.

Since there are 52 universes now, I'd like to see more of the others as well.

This is what I want to see. More exploration of the multiverse in general.

I'm good with Earth 2. I've had my fill of it. The same storyline has dragged on for 3 years now, with little resolution. And have we even seen all the characters together at once, as a version of the JSA or All-Star Squadron? Nope.

It's a shame. It's a great premise, idea, and setting; I think. It's just that it feels like the modern-day Spawn to me. All this cool looking stuff and cool ideas going absolutely nowhere; and going there VERY, VERY slowly.

Looks like you're getting your wish. DC is introducing "The Multiveristy" in August, from Grant Morrison and a whole slew of artists.

Here's what Morrison has to say about it:
Quote:
"'The Multiversity' has been a labor of love almost eight years in the making, and brings together an unstoppable supergroup of artists -- Reis, Sprouse, Oliver, Quitely, Stewart and more -- with a cast of unforgettable characters from the 52 alternative Earths of the known DC Multiverse!
"Prepare to meet the Vampire Justice League of Earth-43, the Justice Riders of Earth-18, Superdemon, Doc Fate, the super-sons of Superman and Batman, the rampaging Retaliators of Earth-8, the Atomic Knights of Justice, Dino-Cop, Sister Miracle, Lady Quark, the legion of Sivanas, the Nazi New Reichsmen of Earth-10 and the LATEST, greatest superhero of Earth-Prime -- YOU!

Comprising seven complete adventures -- each set in a different parallel universe -- a two part framing story, and comprehensive guidebook to the many worlds of the Multiverse, 'The Multiversity' is more than just a multi-part comic book series, it's a cosmos-spanning, soul-shaking experience that puts YOU on the front line in the Battle For All Creation against the demonic destroyers known as the Gentry!

But beware! Power has a cost, and at the heart of this epic tale waits the cursed and malignant comic book called 'Ultra Comics'...

How safe is YOUR head?

Join us, if you dare, for 'The Multiversity!'" -- Grant Morrison

So, DC is apparently adding a weekly Earth 2 book its roster in late 2014. It's called Earth 2: World's End. Here's the teaser image:

Beat me to it, I was gonna post this here, too. I really hope this resolves the Apokolips invasion storyline (FINALLY), so we can move on already with Earth-2.

Yeah, things don't look all that positive for Huntress there, do they?

I thought I heard that they mentioned that World's Finest would be ending at one of their roadshows, but not until sometime after September's "Future's End" month. But on Bleeding Cool DC is saying they accidentally called the August issue the finale and it wasn't ... and then won't say when the last issue is. So I'm sort of confused about that.

I see Grant Morrison's name and that's enough for me to stay away. Then somewhere long the way there will be a Morrison interview in which he states something along the line of "if you don't understand the story then your just not as smart as him". His fans will defend him passionately. Pretty much repeating him word for word. Ugh, I'm getting a head ache already thinking about it.

If we're talking Final Crisis and Batman R.I.P. Morrison, I completely agree. But if Morrison can pull his head out and stop believing his own hype, we could get the old JLA/New X-Men Morrison back that was actually a good comic writer. Here's to hoping.

Yeah, Morrison's kind of a crap shoot for me. All-Star Superman? Loved it. His run on X-Men? Kill me now.
