I've been away from the site for a while, so apologies if I've missed something on this topic.

I got a Windows Phone 8 a few months ago, so downloaded the CCL app. It all works fine, except the Wishlist, which displays nothing. Is this a compatibility issue, or maybe something to do with fact that my membership isn't active at the moment?

As far as I know it's working fine. I use it each week at the comic store. Try logging out and back in via the settings page and see if that helps.

Perhaps he means Subscriber?

Yeah, that's what I meant. I just haven't dealt with activating my subscription again yet.

I've tried restarting it multiple times and the Wishlist is always empty. If it's working for other's it's probably either something dumb with my phone or the subscription thing. I guess I'll find out when my subscription's back up.

Pretty sure that your wishlist clears after a certain period of time if you're not active or a subscriber. That's been the case for a long, long time and has nothing to do with the mobile apps.

You're right. When I look at it online it says I have nothing in my wishlist. Even though when I look at my software there are many things still on my wishlist.

Even odder, I've added things to my wishlist over the past few days. But always through the software. And none of them show up. Is there a separate way to add items to the online wishlist?

Not really - the wishlist in the software should be the same wishlist as in the website.

It's because you're not a subscriber that the software wishlist and online wishlist don't sync.

The online wishlist and windows phone wishlist should be the same regardless of subscriber status. I think Scott is right about the desktop software wishlist though. Without subscriber status that software doesn't sync, including it's wishlist feature.

BTW, I'm working on a new version of the phone app that includes reviews and a redesigned interface.
