Hey There!

I have a problem with the inventory system. I have books listed in my store that I no longer have in inventory. Specifically Walking Dead comic books. I just got an order in, and fortunately I have them in stock in my actual store.

But when I went into the system, I don't have any items listed for Walking Dead in the "Sell Items" section of the program.

Help!

You can delist items from the website under the manage inventory link on the left side of this page.

Thanks for that.

But why are they there in the first place? I deleted them from the library using the CCL program. Is that not reliable?

After you delete them from your store you must go back into your collection and delete them there as well. If not they will show up in your send to CCL section and you might list them all over again without realizing it.

The following stores are all stores that I've dealt with or have become friends with through the forums and I highly recommend them all.
Comics Castle-AKA Pat McCauslin
Alpha Comics--ComicVortex--Comic Cellar--Hall of Heroes--Swifty's Olde Tyme Comic Shoppe

Actually, I did do that. That's why I think I couldn't delete them from the CCL program, because they no longer existed in my personal collection.

But for some reason they weren't deleted from the online store.

Have you done a store sync through the software?

I have done that. Now all the issues that should have been deleted are reflected in my CCL Program as well. I've suspended my store and will do a physical re-inventory. Again.

Any tips to make sure this one sticks?
