This happens to me almost every time I log on. I usually have to update titles individually, and even then, I usually get the same message for multiple attempts. It's a royal pain, and this problem has been occurring for months. I love the software, but this is making me reconsider renewing in March.

This happens to me only occasionally, mainly due to a spotty internet connection. Having a third party backing system like Carbonite will cause it too. Make sure you pause it when you run updates.

Internet connection is pretty solid and I don't have a backing system...

If you watch the updates is it getting hung up on the same title?

Also, how many titles do you have in your catalog?

Different operating systems do different things to the software too? What are you running?

I'm using Windows 10. It's not the same title each time either. It happens when I'm adding titles too. Right now I'm up to 575 titles.

Did you find a solution to this problem? I have been having the same problem since I changed PC and am also operating on Windows 10.
