I add the comics i ordered to the CCL program...it adds the counts in but doesnt remove it from my checklist in the program OR evn on the website so I manually have to remove everything from the wishlist

In the order you made did you click the "Add to CCL" button and then click "Update" at the top of the program?

I'm not in front of my software right now, but there's a setting in the program that you have to select to have purchased items automatically removed from your Wish List.
