Changes to the CCL TERMS/CONDITIONS (BUYER'S CODE OF CONDUCT) Effective October 1st. Options

On October 1st, CCL will be implementing some new standards for the CCL TERMS AND CONDITIONS for both Buyers and Sellers. The standards that will apply for sellers will take effect on October 1st and have been posted. For buyers, a new BUYERS CODE will also be implemented:

1) Buyers are asked to leave feedback for a seller based off of their overall experience with a qualifying purchase from a CCL seller. Sellers reserve the right to create their own individual store policies and procedures which vary from store to store. Any feedback that violates these Buyer Standards are considered "retaliatory" or hostile in nature and could result in suspension or expulsion from Comic Collector Live.

Additionally, a seller that leaves hostile feedback after receiving a hostile feedback that is against the Buyer's Standards can face discipline as well. CCL recommends both Buyers and Sellers both should look at the overall qualifiying purchase, shipping and communication before leaving feedback.

2) Buyers and Sellers can request feedback be changed if a mutual resolution to a problem arises within 30 days of the transaction. The request must be made by both parties. CCL will review the situation and change the feedback...however, the change may not be effected quickly.

Buyers who have placed an order with a CCL store have the right to file a claim with PAYPAL if their order is not received within a timely and reasonable fashion. Please remember to review each seller's policies as shipping times and rates vary from seller to seller.

3) Sellers have the right to refuse service to a buyer for future transactions. Buyers who place orders with stores for the sole purpose of leaving them negative feedback face suspension or expulsion from Comic Collector Live.
