New Batman #11 "variant"

So, I went into my LCS yesterday, to pick up my books and do some work for them, and there were two copies of Batman #11 sitting on the desk. They were in Mylars (not that that means anything), but the store doesn't use Mylar. The cover is basically the same as the regular cover, except the background's white, and in place of the UPC box, it says "For promotional use only. Not for sale." Funny thing is, neither of the shop owners seem to know where it came from. I want to get it entered into the DB, but I have no idea what to put for the caption. Anybody have the faintest clue?

Just list it with no cover price and as "White Cover" in the caption. Now I'm wondering why I didn't get one. Are any listed on eBay?

Don't list a ratio. I've seen 1:100 and 1:200 listed on ebay and I don't believe either. Without verification leave that info out.
