Wrong again. Weapons are taken before prisoners are put into there cells. Wonder girl is being trasported inside with her weapons so they would still work

Heck I'll go this route again
How do we know that rex will switch to human form? He teleports to the cell in is frozen in place because he doesn't have the strength to move any body parts pretty much subduing himself

So, you want to pick and shoose powers they get to have.
You want Cassie to have the full benefit of all of her magically powered weapons...and you want Rex to have his powers of resiliecny and chemical makeup...but not his ability to move? wtf?
