Does anyone know what this image is from and who it is of?  I know what the toy is, but the seller is saying it is an Iceman toy, and the only Iceman things on it appear to be the side panels. The hood of the car has a F4 logo on it. So trying to figure out what this image is of/from. Thanks for the assist.

I thought it looked like Silver Surfer from Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer movie. And when you said it had a F4 logo on it, that pretty much confirms it for me.

thats tough. thats a really sh!ty picture. on other news i scored a iceman from the marvel universe line. looks pretty sweet.
