AH! But now you've got 'em and PayPal can assist you in retriving your comics! I hope you saved your e-mail with JCC when they said they'll mail you the comic they never sent! Open a dispute through PayPal and say they breached contract. Ebay transactions are contracts, and part of the contract you had with Jay Co. was that they'd send something additional (something you never received) if an auction was won. It's perfectly legit and PayPal will back you up! You should go for it! Never stop making them pay....

Just exchanged some pm's with Jimmy Jay. He says they'll be sending me my comics right away. I guess all I had to do was send him an email saying I was going to post in every forum that referenced Jay Company & let people know how they liked their customers until they had paid, but after that if there was a problem they were S.O.L. I'll let you know when(if) I receive them.

Don't say that until the books are in your hand and in good condition. You'll jinx yourself!

The saga has now ended. Earlier this week I received my comics + a free signed comic of my choice. It just goes to show that if someone tries to rip you off, all you have to do is; send 500 emails to every address they have, call them every day, log complaints with ebay, pay pal, the BBB and threaten to destroy their customer base. No sweat, right? It took 6 months & I'm glad I can finally quit (banned)ing about this. Thanks for keeping me motivated enough to stay on my warpath. ErrantEntertainment wrote:Woot congrats! Good job Chainsaw! I too finally got all my books from Comicsupply.com. It didn't take me nearly as long as it did for you but I'm never dealing with them again!

This thread actually came up in a discussion I had with someone the other day. If you go to Google and type in "Jay Company Sucks" and hit, "I'm feeling lucky" THIS is the first thing that shows up! LOL!

I know this is an incredibly old topic, but I made my first order from jaycompanycomics.com on 15 Nov 2012, and as of today. I got nothing and having the same issues with contacting them...Not sure how they manage to stay in business this long with all the negative comments I've found. Should have search for reviews before purchasing anything from them...SMH... :(

I also have had poor customer service from them. They take forever to fill orders, as they claim they are out at shows constantly. Best bet is to file a claim with PAYPAL after 3 weeks, and let them contact them. Join the store on FACEBOOK! * All items must be returned prior to refund at your expense.
