And another thing, I don't get why the Image series are so expensive when you actually do find them. What's so special about them to make them cost more?

probably the default excuse... low print run. less comics means harder to find which means when they pop up there's only a few available. i've been dealing with this same issue as you have. glade to run into a fellow tmnt collector!
